Chia seed coconut soya yogurt.
With the weather getting warmer, it is time for yoghurt again! ( I don’t normally crave for yogurt in winter... too cold😅)
Husband bought a new flavour we have never tried before and it is so yummy with fruit!
I mixed chia seeds with yogurt and leaves it in the fridge for overnight. Take it out next morning and add some fruit on top.
The coconut flavour do goes well with the fruit!!! Love it!

一人點心:奇亞籽椰奶優格。
春天終於終於開始冒出頭來了。再經過漫長又灰暗的冬天後,英國的春天花季開展時,真的會有一種大地復甦的感覺。
從風信子、水仙花、鬱金香開始,接著是櫻花季,然後五月有藍鈴花。
開始回暖,想吃優格早餐的慾望又開始冒出來。這週老公上超市採買一週的食材,順手帶了從來沒試過的椰奶口味的豆奶優格。

我最近最愛的吃法是,前一晚把奇亞籽加到優格中,隔天穿早餐的時候,先拿出冰箱放在室溫,再加進切好的水果丁,當成約10點半的點心。
椰奶口味搭配水果非常好吃,甜味也很剛好。 如果有乳糖不耐的朋友,我還滿推薦的喔!
